Is it possible to live that way again? I believe so. Is it a journey? YES. Do you need others? YES. ALWAYS EASY? Definitely not. But I believe He is restoring all things. Body, Soul, Spirit. I see it and He’s called me to it. - - - As some of you know, about 7 years ago my mom passed away from colon cancer. I’ve always taken pretty good care of myself, but after that it was like I got a serious mandate from Jesus to honor my body and do my best to train others in it. So, that’s when my journey began. Many years of hit and miss, trying different things, studying and learning to stay consistent and honor the word. I really encourage you to honor the body He has blessed you with and choose a lifestyle of healthy living- not just as a punishment, to just lose weight, or anything else - BUT to make it your way of life because YOU are worth it. He is WORTH IT! You will Never EVER regret it. I have a few openings for my 90 Day Total Body Transformation starting April 1.
